Shipping policy

We ship between Monday through Friday. Once shipments has left our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages unless you order shipping insurance. If you choose to not order shipping insurance, please contact the shipping provider in case of any issues. If you purchased a shipping method with insurance coverage, please contact us at prettyhairbykymk@gmail.com and we can look further into your order. If your package is lost in transit or it was not delivered for any reason and you did not purchase any insurance, please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 213.864.9165 and provide them with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for uninsured packages and not responsible for any carrier shipping disruptions that delay your delivery. If you desire to cancel your order due to a USPS shipping delay, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. If you would like to cancel due to delayed arrival of your order because processing by Prettyhairbykymk was delayed by shipping fees will be waived.
