Refund policy
Hey pretty customers You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a refund and hair must be in it’s original state (no dyes, chemicals, unravelling, washing, cutting, etc) as received. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds that have not yet been shipped.
A 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs are deducted from approved refunds that have been shipped.
If your return qualifies, you will have to ship the returned items to us, we will inspect them, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original card method of payment you used. Once we have inspected the returned items. You are responsible for returned shipping costs unless the items you received were damaged or incorrect.
